This includes directing all IT operations to meet users and customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, development of new solutions and implementation of new infrastructure.

Charles’s diversified portfolio in finance, IT, project management, system audit in hotel operations, hotel pre – opening, infrastructure management, vendor management, etc. has given him extensive exposure in the market space. He has travelled to countries like Germany, Switzerland, Russia, India, China, Hong Kong, USA and South East Asian countries during his career in the hospitality industry. He has dealt with major hotel chains like Hilton, Starwoods, Taj group, Swissotels, etc. during his career. Charles also has exposure in setting up of service and virtual offices. This involves setting up of IT infrastructure of the offices around the South East Asia region which covered broadband management, network infrastructure setup, firewall security, VPN and IP based PABX implementation.
